Welding, Stick Fundamentals

Course Objectives:

This 40-hour course is designed to expose training candidates to the fundamentals of using the STICK welding process. 

Course Outline: Students  will receive  classroom and shop instruction on:

  • welding safety electrode selection
  • electrode care
  • manual welding techniques
  • STICK welding fundamentals. 
  • welding ability in the flat, horizontal, and vertical positions constructing fillet welds, bead welds, and surface welds.

10 , 4-hour sessions
Classes are held Monday & Wednesdays 5-9 pm

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days prior to class start date. Substitutions will be accepted at anytime. No shows and cancellations less than 10 business days prior to class start will be charged the advertised price for the class.
