Industrial Electricity II-York

Course Outline: This twenty-one hour course provides the advanced fundamentals of electricity. Emphasis is directed towards understanding the technical aspects of electricity and their application in manufacturing.

Course Topics:
  • AC Principles
  • Inductance
  • Capacitance
  • Circuit Analysis
  • AC Power, Power Factor
  • Power Factor Correction
  • Single phase and three phase
  • Transformers
  • Motors

Participants will also earn an NFPA 70 e LOTO certificate taking this class.

Who should attend: those needing an understanding of basic electrical concepts for industrial purposes, new maintenance and set-up people. Those who have attended the level I session or who can demonstrate competency in the Industrial Electricity I material.

Payment Policy:
Cost of courseplus an additional $105 a book for anyone who did not take Industrial Electricity I.
