Leading, Motivating and Understanding Your Team
Part III of the Supervisory Certificate. This course focuses on the forces that are necessary to create an effective and cohesive work team. The topics are centered on the concept of “Situational Leadership; that people and situations determine the method of supervising in an effective manner based on an understanding of human behavior of self and others.
