The greatest challenge of a leader is to utilize the strengths of each individual on his/her team and to focus them on the targeted goals of the team. Realizing that “Together Everyone Achieves More” the T.E.A.M leader must identify purpose and process; gain involvement and commitment, and build trust through effective communication.
