About Our Speaker
Mr. Glacken has worked with the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA, for more than 14 years. He began as a compliance safety and health officer (CSHO) performing worksite safety and health inspections and evaluations in 14 counties in southcentral Pennsylvania. In June of 2005, he bagen providing outreach services as the compliance assistance specialist (CAS) for OSHA's Harrisburg Area Office.
prior to OSHA, Mr. Glacken worked for various military services in different capacities.
He earned his BS degree in engineering from Penn State University in 1983, and became a certified safety professional in 1995. He has 32 years of experience in safety.
