111th Annual Event

April 26, 2017

The Pullo Center at

Pennsylvania State University - York Campus

Doug Hall is the author of seven all-time best-selling books on business, and CEO and Founder of the EUREKA! Ranch and the Innovation
Engineering Institute. He is a nationally noted speaker widely-touted as a driving force in creating ‘innovation blueprints’  for businesses
to take their organization from the first stages of innovative ideas and concepts, to actual production and then delivery out to the marketplace

Organizations large and small have used his Innovation Engineering methods to grow their business, accelerate projects and transform their culture, including such companies as Ford, Nike, American Express and Walt Disney.

As head of the EUREKA! Ranch, Hall utilizes a successful training program to lead those in manufacturing and other businesses to think differently by creating a ‘culture of innovation’.

Through his process, Hall applies principles of system thinking to innovation strategy and execution, in creating a culture of innovation engineering – a business system grounded in early thought and developmental production processes of  the famed production and efficiency expert, Dr. W. Edwards Deming.
