Lancaster County Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership

The Manufacturers' Association and the Lancaster Workforce Development Board, administer the Advanced Manufacturing Industry Partnership in Lancaster County. The Industry Partnership works with participating employers to improve the skills and quality of the manufacturing workforce.  Benefits of joining the Industry Partnership include:

  • Access to grant subsidized technical training for employees
  • Reducing training costs by aggregating common training needs among county manufacturers
  • Access to high quality training for all participating employers
  • Increased learning through sharing of solutions and challenges by participating employers in workforce development and many other business areas
Any manufacturer in Lancaster County may join the Industry Partnership if they meet the following requirements:
  • Register in JobGateway
  • Provide demographic details of employees participating in training
  • Meet the 50% match for subsidized training courses
  • Participate in regular meetings of the industry Partnership
