September 9 Seminar Provides Guidance on Designing a Budget-Friendly Total Company Benefits Package for Employees
York,PA- Group Benefit Services, an HR and benefit solutions company, in partnership with The Manufacturers’ Association, will host a seminar Wednesday, September 9 at the Association offices in York, PA. Beginning at 11:30 AM, the event is designed around the needs of local businesses – specifically those hoping to increase employee satisfaction and retention by assembling a total employee benefits package which can add benefits while being mindful of a tight HR budget. Group Benefit Services will review how a business can attract and retain quality productive employees and provide for their financial protection – often at minimum added cost. The seminar qualifies for 2.0 Re-Certification Credit Hours of the HR Certification Institute training program. As part of the Association’s ‘Lunchtime Learning Series,’ a complimentary business lunch will also be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to register to win a free FitBit® activity and health monitor. Registration begins at 11:00 AM, with the seminar held between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM at the offices of The Manufacturers’ Association, 160 Roosevelt Avenue in downtown York.
