Turkey Hill Dairy Senior Operations Manager Named to Board
of Directors for Regional Manufacturers’ Association
(York, Pa.) – Michelle Finch of York was recently named to the Board of Directors of The Manufacturers’ Association, a multi-county regional trade association providing services and benefits to member-companies in manufacturing and logistics throughout southcentral PA and northcentral MD.
As Operations Manager for the Conestoga-based Turkey Hill Dairy, Finch joined the company in 2015. In her present role, she is responsible for the planning, coordination and manufacturing of all fluid beverages and frozen ice cream products for the popular brand, which recently expanded to national distribution.
Prior to Turkey Hill, Finch was Industrial Products Value Stream Manager for Mars Chocolate North America between 2011 and 2014, and was with Frito-Lay, Inc.’s York operation for 15 years in several managerial roles, including Maintenance Manager and Core Business Unit Leader. She has also worked for Kellogg’s Inc.
Finch is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with degrees concentrating on chemical engineering and food science.
She will assume her new role with The Manufacturers’ Association, at the Association’s next board of directors meeting, scheduled for September 25.
