The Manufacturers’ Association Announces New Staff Roles and Welcomes New Employee
(York, Pa.) – The Manufacturers’ Association, a regional trade association supporting manufacturing and logistics throughout southcentral PA and northcentral MD, announces the appointment of Darnell Musser to Office Administrator and the promotion of Brian Paterniti to Director of Workforce Development and Karla Wolf to Marketing Coordinator.
Brian Paterniti was previously the Training Manager at the Association for the past three years and has now taken the role as Director of Workforce Development. In his new role, Brian will develop and manage the training and apprenticeship programs as well as coordinating the Association’s Human Resources support for membership. He was integral in doubling the size of the Association’s manufacturing apprenticeship program and is recognized as a leader through his roles on serval regional workforce organizations. Brian recently completed his degree in Organizational Leadership Development from Penn State University.
Karla Wolf, former Office Administrator for the past three years, has moved into the Marketing Coordinator position at the Association. Karla has a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a broad background in manufacturing and marketing. Karla will be responsible for marketing and business development at the Association.
Darnell Musser joins the Association as the new Office Administrator. A seasoned professional, Darnell has a lengthy background in administration, having worked for the York County Commissioner’s office and for a magisterial district judge in the past. Darnell also works as a volunteer with the Special Olympics of York as Event Director/Head Coach for their Roller-Skating program.
