Exact Machine Service Inc. Announces New Ownership
July, 2021 – York, PA – Exact Machine Service Inc., a machine tool sales and service company, announced it is under new ownership. The new owners, local entrepreneurs Ryan and Michelle Guzzino, are committed to continuing support of the local manufacturing community with quick response for emergency repairs, reliable service, parts, inspection and laser calibration, and new and used machine tool sales.
Ryan and Michelle Guzzino recently completed the purchase of Exact from Tom Cassidy who founded the company in 2005. Exact absorbed long-standing York Penn Machinery, which was established in the 1950’s with roots in the Mid-Atlantic region as a leading machine tool sales distributor in Pennsylvania.
Ryan has 14+ years of corporate financial experience in several international manufacturing companies and started his journey as an entrepreneur in 2019 as the co-owner of BrightStar Care of Baltimore County, and most recently BrightStar Care of South-Central Pennsylvania. Michelle brings over 19 years of experience in various corporate finance roles. Prior to joining Exact, she was a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for Graham Packaging Company.
