Zach Merovich Joins Manufacturers’ Association Board of Directors,
Craig Aiello is Re-Elected
York, PA – December 9th, 2024 – The Manufacturers’ Association (MA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Zach Merovich, Manufacturing Program Director at Harley-Davidson, and the reelection of Craig Aiello, President and CEO at Leonhardt Metal Worx Manufacturing, to its Board of Directors. Merovich and Aiello bring a wealth of experience in manufacturing to the MA, strengthening the organization’s ability to advocate for Pennsylvania manufacturers. “We are thrilled to welcome Zach to our Board of Directors,” said Tom Palisin, Executive Director of the Manufacturers’ Association. “His deep understanding of manufacturing processes and his passion for driving innovation align perfectly with our organization’s mission. We are confident that his insights and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to support and advocate for our region’s manufacturing industry.”
Merovich has a proven track record of success in various engineering and operations roles at Harley-Davidson. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including fabrication, machining, and assembly. He is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and driving operational efficiency.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Merovich is actively involved in his community. He previously served on the Board of Directors for the American Red Cross South Central PA Chapter, demonstrating his dedication to giving back.

Craig Aiello has many years of experience leading a successful mid-sized manufacturing company. His insights into the challenges and opportunities faced by smaller manufacturers have been crucial to the Manufacturers’ Association’s advocacy efforts.
