Welcome Cindy Eshleman, Our New Talent Development Manager & TPP Network Coach!
We’re excited to announce that Cindy Eshleman has joined the Manufacturers Association as our new Talent Development Manager and TPP Network Coach!
Cindy brings a wealth of experience in leadership development, workforce training, and organizational growth strategies. With a proven track record of helping professionals and teams unlock their full potential, she will play a key role in advancing our mission to strengthen the manufacturing workforce and support continuous improvement across our member organizations.
Prior to joining the Association, Cindy served in senior human resources leadership roles across manufacturing, construction, engineering, and technology organizations. She led enterprise-level initiatives focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy, including directing HR operations and advising executive teams. Cindy partnered closely with business leaders and industry stakeholders to strengthen leadership capability, drive employee engagement and performance, and build sustainable talent pipelines and community outreach that support long-term organizational growth.
In her new role, Cindy will:
- Lead talent development initiatives to empower individuals and organizations.
- Coach and support the Talent Pipeline Project (TPP) Network, fostering collaboration and best practices.
- Drive innovative programs that help manufacturers attract, retain, and grow top talent.
