Thomas Neal, Director of Interest Rate Management, First National Bank
Tom Neal is a Director of Interest Rate Management at First National Bank, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In that role he works with FNB customers to structure and execute various interest rate solutions involving swaps and options with a focus on Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington, DC. Prior to joining FNB, Tom spent 15 years with the Derivative Products Group at PNC Bank. Before that, Tom was an aerospace engineer in Baltimore, MD. Tom is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and received his MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
