Description

Advance your supervision knowledge to the next level. This all NEW, seventeen hour Level 2 Certificate Program is facilitated by one of Franklin Coveys highly requested trainers.

The course content reinforces and dives deeper into the PERFORM model. Participants will have the opportunity for peer interaction plus the ability to discuss real-life scenarios with instructors who have extensive training and supervisory experience.

Objectives & Outline

Requirements:

  • Applicants must complete all five classes
  • Course completion is required for Master Supervisor Certification

  • Workplace Civility
  • Adapting through DiSC
  • Feedback practice
  • Coaching skill building, and the GROW model
  • Win/win conflict resolution

    5 Weekly Sessions. Group and onsite sessions are also available.

    Member: $725 /pp
    Non-Member: 1050

    Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days prior to class start date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. No shows and cancellations less than 10 business days prior to class start will be charged the advertised price for the class.
