This Mentor training is a one-day interactive workshop that focuses on creating a culture of learning that results in professional and personal development. Participants will leave the class with knowledge that helps reduce turnover and increase job satisfaction for both mentees and mentors.
Mentor training taps into the existing knowledge of high-performing employees to transfer those skills to newer or less experienced employees. Mentor training helps the mentors develop new skills to transfer knowledge, reflect on and solve past situations so the future is brighter for your mentees.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days prior to class start date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. No shows and cancellations less than 10 business days prior to class start will be charged the advertised price for the class.
