Employer’s Education Foundation and The Manufacturers’ Association Present Bradley Family Scholarships to Local High School Graduates
York,PA – The Employer’s Education Foundation, managed through The Manufacturers’
Association, recently presented several Bradley Family Scholarships to high school graduates planning on pursuing various careers in manufacturing and production-related fields.
The Scholarships are named for Harvey and Win Bradley – known as leading York County business owners, community leaders and advocates for students pursuing technical careers.
Each Bradley Family ‘Award of Excellence’ honors outstanding seniors aspiring to continue their education in area of study such as engineering, welding technology and metal machine technology.
The $1,000 scholarships are presented to a graduating senior from the Dallastown Area School District, Eastern York School District and the York County School of Technology. To be eligible a student must plan to attend a post-secondary educational institution, provide a letter of acceptance from that school, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have no more than two unexcused absences during the senior school year.
Scholarship recipients for this year include: York County School of Technology – Jose Casimiro; Dallastown Area School District – Laikyn Plowman, and Eastern York School District – Brandon Oppong-Antwi.
