Use this half day course to fulfill the Supervisory Certificate elective requirements or as a standalone class!

Session Details:

Be less Reactive to situations and more respond Proactively Begin with (and keep) the “end in mind.”
Put first things first: manage your time around “opportunities”
Think win/win in all of your relationships
Seek First to Understand, then to be Understood: Listen, then Present
Synergize: Solve problems collaboratively and come up with a “third alternative”
Sharpen the Saw: Take time daily for self renewal
