Electricity II (10/11-10/15)

October 11, 2021 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

This course provides the advanced fundamentals of electricity. Emphasis is directed towards understanding the technical aspects of electricity and their application in manufacturing.

Course Objectives:

AC Principles
Inductance
Capacitance
Circuit Analysis
AC Power, Power Factor
Power Factor Correction
Single phase and three phase
Transformers
Motors
Participants will also earn an NFPA 70 e LOTO certificate on the last day

*Students can use course hours towards Apprentice Program Requirements*

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days prior to class start date. Substitutions will be accepted at any time. No shows and cancellations less than 10 business days prior to class start will be charged the advertised price for the class.
