This half day course will identify & strengthen these non-technical competencies that are necessary in today’s workplace:

Self-awareness, self-confidence and self-control
Commitment and integrity
The ability to empathize, communicate and influence; to initiate and accept change

Course Goals:

Understand the importance of emotional intelligence
Know the five components of emotional intelligence
Implement the skills required for emotional intelligence
Develop a plan for enhancing one’s emotional intelligence
