Managing Multiple Priorities (10/13/25)

October 13, 2025 @ 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm

Managing Multiple Priorities

Lack of effective time management habits can decrease one’s overall effectiveness and cause stress at home and at work. Managing Multiple Priorities will help you focus on “what matters most;” increase personal productivity, and maintain work/life balance. While none of us can “make” more time, we can learn to manage our environment, routines, and choices more wisely as we move through our day and our lives.

This class will help to:

  • Understand the true nature of Time and the basic principles of Time Management
  • Identify the effects of your temperament on the way you manage your time
  • Appreciate and accept the absolute need for weekly and daily planning.

Learning Objectives:

  • Distinguish between Urgency and Importance
  • Learn to put “first things first”
  • Take control of your schedule – including daily and hourly planning, and using      do-not-disturb project time
  • Minimize interruptions and adapt to changing needs.
  • Set weekly goals and prioritize daily tasks.

Use this class to fulfill the Supervisory Elective Requirements or standalone. Contact us to book a custom class for your team
