Human Resource Teams working directly with Supervisors and Managers play a key role in bonding employees to the company.

Learn how to be more effective with our half day course!

This course will be a hands on approach to these key elements:

The 5 motivating reasons why employees stay with any company.
Identify what type of supervisor you are.
Identify ways to improve your relationships with your direct reports.
Learn common pitfalls that could be limiting your effectiveness.
Develop a “retention” plan for your current direct reports.

Students in the Supervisory Certificate Program can also attend this class to fulfill the elective requirements.
