• Identify what type of supervisor you are.
• Identify ways to improve your relationships with your direct reports.
• Learn common pitfalls that could be limiting your effectiveness.
• Develop a “retention” plan for your current direct reports.

Students in the Supervisory Certificate Program can also attend this class to fulfill the elective requirements.
