Earn your certificate faster with this combination course of Supervisory Team Leader & Critical Thinking, facilitated by one of Franklin Covey’s highly requested trainers.
Session Details:
The first 3 sessions within The Team Leader section, will provide supervisors the opportunity to explore ways to build a positive team environment using the 7 PERFORM tools. Students will examine the principles of behavioral science and team dynamics.
Student will then close out the Team Leader portion with a personal case study report that demonstrates the impact his/her leadership approach has had on the team’s performance and productivity.
The final 2 sessions will cover Critical Thinking in finding solutions for everyday process problems.

Requirements:
- Recommended to take Supervisor 1-3
- Course completion is required for Master Supervisor Certification
- NOTE: If you have already taken IV- Critical Thinking, you will only need to attend sessions 1-2

Complete all 4 certificate levels; two elective courses and the “Master Mind Symposium” you will be honored with a “Master Supervisor Certification”.
