Advance your supervision knowledge to the next level.

This 17-hour course will provide seasoned supervisors with the advanced tools and skills needed to help employees PERFORM at their peak. Participants will have the opportunity for peer interaction plus the ability to discuss real-life scenarios with an instructor with extensive training and supervisory experience.

Requirements:

Since this course is a direct follow up to Supervisor 1: Basic Supervisor Certificate, applicants must have completed that Basic course (or have completed similar Supervisor Training elsewhere)
