2022 and 2023 have seen a marked increase in both new workplace obligations for employers and required revisions to past practices. Headlining the latest issues for employers to address include worker misclassification issues, increased scrutiny of non-compete agreements, recent rulings from the National Labor Relations Board and new obligations under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. This seminar is designed to provide employers with practical advice on how to address these emergent topics to adequately protect the employer’s interests and fairly engage employees.
