Overall Equipment Effectiveness Webinar

This webinar will focus on an overview of what OEE is and isn’t and trying to drive home key aspects of integrating the metric into your production processes that are often overlooked, oversimplified, or underutilized.

We will use some simple visuals paired with a few key examples, leaving people with a couple thoughts:

  1. How could OEE apply to my plant(s) & process(es) & what do I need to map out to use it effectively?
  2. What’s the smallest bite of this that I could/should bite off and for what kinds of business reasons?
  3. How do I sustain and maintain the process and procedure needed to support OEE as part of the production floor metrics?
