Steve will present a framework of what a successful SCM group looks like, and then dive into what caused all the issues over the last 3 years that made “Supply Chain” become a daily term. Finally, and most important, Steve will present some of those target areas and provide his guidance on what companies should do about them to try and minimize those same issues from occurring again.
