For our Member Companies:
Offering a comprehensive and varied range of services and member benefits, The Manufacturers’ Association is a valuable resource for the member company and its employees. Our service offerings include training and workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and networking and informative sessions concerning topics of current interest. We can also assist with job board postings, talent recruiting, self-insured insurance, and support HR and other organizational needs.
We have working relationships with several important organizations within our region, including MANTEC, the World Trade Center – Central Pennsylvania, and the York County Economic Alliance, all of which help support manufacturing in the region. These reciprocal partnerships allow our members to attend events hosted by these three organizations, at their member rate – thereby providing added value to our Association members!

Through partnerships forged with the leaders in our communities, we are committed to improving the quality and increasing the quantity of people entering the region’s workforce. We also continue enhancing the skills needed for our incumbent workforce to remain more competitive in an increasingly challenging global market, while in general supporting the needs of all business and industry.
Since 1906, The Manufacturers’ Association has grown into what we are today because we understand we exist to serve the many needs of our members. In good times and in challenging ones, we have been there for our members!
