Introducing the Association’s new Board President, Mike Granby! Mike recently served as Vice President of the Association the past two years and was very involved in the recent accomplishments of the Association including the creation of the Regional Center of Excellence for Apprenticeship and Training. Mike is the President of Granby Consulting and is the former President of Red Lion Controls located in York County. He also served as Managing Director and founder of Paradigm Controls Ltd. and Technical Director of Overseer Systems Ltd. of Chesterfield England.
Mike is an instrument-rated private pilot, Angel Flight volunteer, and a published author in several aviation magazines. Mike is looking forward to leading the Board and Association to continue its success in workforce development and training for both the current and future manufacturing workforce.
Passing the Presidency off to Mike is former Board President and now Past President Adam Marsh, who is also President of Ledge, Inc. Adam served the past 2 years as Association President and helped lead the Association to new growth. During his tenure he guided the Association through a global pandemic, a rebranding of the organization, and led our capital campaign to create the Regional Center of Excellence for Apprenticeship & Training – which will double the Association’s training and workforce capacity for the industry. Adam also helped launch new initiatives including the Association’s Multi-Employer 401k Program. He will remain on the Executive Committee as Past President and the Board and staff are grateful for his leadership and accomplishments in support of manufacturing.
