- This training engages participants with interactive scenarios, presents new communication strategies and uses continuous reinforcement to increase cultural sensitivity.
This training can be adapted for Supervisors and Employees.
Taught at a half day for supervisors followed by a 90 minute training sessions for front line supervisors. The MA Trainer will work with Company Leadership and HR to customize this training based on the individual company values and situational needs.
