Using new, state of the art computer workstations, CNC III is designed to continue to build on CNC I and II with hands-on training from programming to running both milling and turning centers.
CNC III will give students an extremely proficient ability to program and machine the mill and turn centers.
Course Outline:
Creation of two, two and one half, and three axis CAM programs for a milling CNC center and a turning CNC center
Loading and verification of a milling CNC program on a stimulator
Running of the program on the milling center
Loading and verification of a turning CNC program on a stimulator
Running of the program on the turning center
Prerequisite: CNC II.
60 Hours
Book Requirements: Students are to use the same book as CNC I & II
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received at least 10 business working days prior to class start date.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time. No shows and cancellations less than 10 business days prior to class start will be charged the advertised price for the class.
