Bridging Language Barriers is a 3-hour training for supervisors and other management personnel who communicate regularly with employees who have limited English language proficiency. The training equips attendees with tools and strategies that improve communication in a multilingual workplace and that support the development of employees’ English language skills.

Topics include:

Effective and ineffective use of translation
Practical tools to improve understanding
Ways to help employees use more English
