This 32 hour, extremely hands-on course is designed for entry-level electricians and mechanics.Ā It will lead them through the six industrial relay control circuits, teach them to read and draw schematics, create solutions to electrical problems, and teach them troubleshooting techniques while relating relay control circuits to The six PLC circuits. (And, Or, Not, Nand, Nor, and Exclusive Or)
Each day students will wire many industrial control circuits using momentary switches, relays, motor starters, contactors, various loads, and transformers while drawing their circuits all in the attempt to understand circuit dynamics and prepare them for the final troubleshooting project on day 5.
Students will build circuits from different schematics, the connecting wires will be covered up and students will switch tables. Students will then draw the different schematics from only operating switches.
Students will be required to test and troubleshoot their panels.
Tools required: Screwdriver, players, and wire strippers.
This course sells out quick!Ā
