From the Training Managers Desk:
When I came to The Manufacturers’ Association in 2017, one of the first gentlemen I met was Royce Campbell, the trainer for Blueprint Reading and Industrial Communications apprenticeship classes. Royce began his own apprenticeship career in 1953 and completed his Machinist papers in 1959. In 1977, he began a teaching career that would help lead him to the Association in 2000. That career choice enabled him to teach hundreds of apprentices over the past 20 years. Royce didn’t just teach apprentices BPR and communication though, he taught them valuable life lessons and helped guide them to not only a great career, but a great life. Royce and the late Carl Winters are two of the most influential people I’ve had the opportunity to meet in my career. I can say from all of us here at The Association, we are thankful for everything Royce has done for us and meant to us. Besides constantly beating up the copy machine, Royce couldn’t have been a better trainer, mentor, co-worker and most importantly, friend. On behalf of everyone here, thank you for all you’ve done for us, your years of dedication and the lives you’ve impacted! (Especially mine)-
Thank you!
